A self-practice taken directly from our 40 hour online certification course to do at your own pace exploring both Yin yoga and Fascial Release. In this level you will receive:

  2. 6 Practices to release fascia in your own body
  3. An understanding of the fascial body and why these practices are so important for your health and wellbeing and for your clients/patients
